Parker, Colorado
Everything you need to know before booking.
Yes. The guesthouse is a separate unit located behind the main house and garage. It has its own private entrance, and guests have exclusive access to the entire guesthouse.
Guests may enjoy watching the animals from outside the fences and gates. Please do not feed or touch them through the fence. A supervised meet-and-greet may be arranged with Pamela.
You may occasionally hear Belle and ZZ, the mini donkeys, bray around their morning or evening feeding time—especially if the guesthouse window is open. Their calls are generally brief and are part of the property’s friendly farm atmosphere.
Downtown Parker is approximately a five-minute drive from the property, offering convenient access to restaurants, cafés, shops, entertainment, and seasonal community events.
The property has uneven dirt and gravel paths that may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations. Conditions can become more difficult during snowy or icy weather, so guests should consider this before booking.
